Already have an SMS provider? Add your own credentials and pay nothing.
The two are charged independently — run both collections and SMS through HavenPay and the combined charge is 6% per transaction. Bring your own M-Pesa Daraja and SMS credentials and you pay neither.

Nothing hidden in the fine print
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing happens automatically to your data or your customers' connections. We confirm which of the two plans you're on before the first invoice is raised.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Onboarding a router is a script pasted into Winbox — there's no installation charge built into the product.
- Can I bring in customers I already have?
- Yes — CSV import creates many customers in one upload, validated the same way the console's own “New customer” form is.
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. The trial starts from the sign-up form alone.
