Every account starts on a 30-day free trial — no card required. After that you pay for what your network actually does, from KES 500 a month, and the price stops rising at a cap — unlimited routers and customers beyond it.

Both plans open the same console — no module is held back for a higher tier. What differs is what your network is built around: prepaid hotspot access, or monthly PPPoE and static IP subscriptions.

A sender ID and delivery for reminders and campaigns, for ISPs without a gateway of their own. Included at no extra cost when you also collect through HavenPay.
Already have an SMS provider? Add your own credentials and pay nothing.
They never stack: collect through HavenPay and SMS comes with the 3% fee; use SMS on its own and it's KES 1.50 a message. Bring your own M-Pesa Daraja and SMS credentials and you pay nothing at all.

Nothing hidden in the fine print
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing happens automatically to your data or your customers' connections. On the 1st of each month you get a bill for the month just ended, worked out from your usage after the trial. It's due within 7 days — pay by M-Pesa from the console or at our paybill.
- What counts as an active subscriber?
- A PPPoE or static IP customer whose connection was live at some point in the month. Suspended and archived customers aren't counted.
- What if I run hotspot and PPPoE?
- Each is charged at its own rate and capped on its own, so the most you can pay is KES 5,500 a month. The KES 500 minimum applies once to the account, not per service.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Onboarding a router is a script pasted into Winbox — there's no installation charge built into the product.
- Can I bring in customers I already have?
- Yes — CSV import creates many customers in one upload, validated the same way the console's own “New customer” form is.
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. The trial starts from the sign-up form alone.
